Our EcoactivCRC coating is a unique coating applied to the condenser units, coils, fins and fans of commercial HVAC units, air conditioning systems and refrigeration that will fundamentally reduce energy consumption due to the follow properties of the coating.

Our EcoactivCRC coating is a unique coating applied to the condenser units, coils, fins and fans of commercial HVAC units, air conditioning systems and refrigeration that will fundamentally reduce energy consumption due to the follow properties of the coating.
The coating once applied will ensure that moisture/water does not build up and frost. Normally the refrigeration system would frost due to moisture and then the system would have to run a defrost cycle (heating) in order to eliminate the frost build up.
EcoActiv CRC being hydrophilic, means that the water isn't able to adhere to the surface, therefore there is no frosting and no need for the defrost cycle to run, resulting in significant savings in energy costs. As the equipment is required to run the defrost cycle less frequently, this creates a greater life span of the equipment and less maintenance costs.
The coating is also antistatic which eliminates contaminants such as mould and other bacteria from adhering to surfaces, leaving the equipment to run more efficiently and eliminating mould and bacteria being circulated throughout the space, making for a cleaner work environment.
EcoActiv CRC is thoroughly tested and is biodegradable, non corrosive and completely safe to use in food storage areas.

21st Global Pty Ltd have developed a new solar panel coating to keep your panels running optimally. Born out of a void in the marketplace and demand from consumers, this product is revolutionary. Its qualities include the following:
Self-Cleaning and Hydrophilic - If a coating repels the moisture, it will not self clean efficiently as it has no moisture to actually perform the cleaning task. Our product loves moisture. Its hydrophilic qualities ensure that it attracts sufficient moisture to self-clean.
Antistatic - The antistatic qualities of this coating mean that it does not attract dust, it repels it.
Transparent - This product contains no tinting therefore ensuring maximum efficiency.
Ease of Application - This product is easily and quickly applied. We recommend application prior to installation, however, application can be performed after installation.
Energy Efficiency Coating for Windows
Ecoactiv Zero Coat is a window coating product applied to existing windows for the purpose of blocking and absorbing Infrared Rays.
Did you know on average For every 1°C of cooling, equipment uses 15% more electricity.
If the amount of heart coming through a window is reduced, then the amount of electricity to cool the room is also reduced.
Ecoactiv Zero Coat is a glass coating primarily for windows and doors. It is NOT a film, nor is it tinted. The advantages of Ecoactiv Zero Coat is that the coating is clear to the naked eye, no bubbling occurs, reduced heat to the indoor environment and reduced energy usage
Coated Side
Note the reduced heat on the surface on the inside of the demonstration window. This shows that the IR heat is largely being prevented from entering the inside of the home.
The window itself is absorbing and reflecting the heat back outside.
Uncoated Side
The uncoated side shows more heat on the surface inside the the window.
This is indicative of a home where the heat comes inside, straight through the glass itself.
ERI Training Courses
Training for our ERI (Energy Reduction Initiatives) Programs are available in either a comprehensive 2 day course or separate half day short courses for those who are already qualified within the industry. Our focus is on the development and commercialisation of products and systems for the decontamination of biological hazards as well as energy reduction and the collection of waste energy for reuse, thus moving toward self-sufficient sources of energy for the home and workplace. Commercialisation of our products includes training in the systems which have been developed to compliment their uses, thus ensuring that if one or more of our products is being used within a home or workplace, consumers can be assured that the person applying a product does have training in its use.
Our ERI Program 2-day course incorporates both cold storage cleaning and AC/HVAC cleaning. We teach you about our unique, proprietary products and systems, and their uses and applications. We will equip you with the knowledge to be both confident and professional in this field.
